We're open all summer long, so whether you need a sports physical before tryouts, a vaccine before fall, or care for a summer cold or stomach bug, we're here!

⚽🏀🏈 Sports camp season is here! Have you scheduled your child’s sports physical yet?

Before your child hits the field, court, track, or gym this summer, make sure they have a current sports physical. Sports physicals help identify potential health concerns, ensure your child is ready for participation, and often are required for camps and athletic programs.

Getting your physical completed early helps avoid last-minute stress and ensures your child is ready for all the fun, competition, and activity that summer has to offer.

🤒 Feeling under the weather? Stop in at the Saint Xavier Health Center.

Here's what we're seeing around Chicago right now: respiratory bugs like flu, COVID, and RSV have calmed down for the season, but a nasty stomach virus (rotavirus) is still going strong, especially in younger kids. Seasonal allergies are also ramping up as we head into summer.
If you or your child is dealing with any of the following, come see us:
Vomiting, diarrhea, or signs of dehydration
Fever, sore throat, or lingering cough
Sinus pressure, congestion, or itchy eyes from allergies
General "something's off" symptoms you want checked out

Same-day sick visits are available. We treat students, families, and members of the community.

🇺🇸 In observance of Memorial Day, the Saint Xavier Health Center will be closed on Monday, May 25th.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We're grateful for their sacrifice and for the families who carry their memory forward.

Take time to rest, gather with loved ones, and reflect on those who made today possible.
