Pre- natal massage certified. Also a Reiki Master. I have been working in the wellness industry for the last 24 years. As a child, I was a competitive gymnast which led me to have a strong passion for physical fitness and healing. In 1998, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In 2003, I graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now known

as Cortiva University). In 2004, I became licensed in the state of Illinois as Massage Therapist and also became certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). In 2021, I became a Certified Reiki Master through the Mystical Sciences Institute in Evanston under the teachings of my spiritual teacher, Billie Topa Tate. I am very passionate about my work and I see myself as a healer, both physically and energetically.

NEW REIKI SPECIAL! Hey folks, I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to let you know that starting in April I’ll be offering REIKI THURSDAYS! All Reiki appointments booked on Thursdays will be 20% off. If you’ve ever been curious or interested about Reiki work, this would be a good opportunity for you to experience this wonderful form of holistic healing. Reiki can help to heal us physically, mentally, and emotionally. It has the power to release negative energy and trauma within the body and the aura and provides healing energy to heal us at every level. Please feel free to reach out with questions.
