Just to recap: the difference between SPF 30 and SPF 50 is smaller than you think. SPF 30 blocks ~97% of UVB rays, while SPF 50 blocks ~98%. That 1% difference matters in strong sun, but the bigger factor is how (and how often) you apply it.
So when you wonder which one you should use, think of the day you have ahead: SPF 30 for everyday wear, SPF 50 for long outdoor exposure or beach days. And don’t forget: reapply every 2 hours, and always after swimming or sweating.
