Our 1:1 Inkless Stretch Mark Revision Training in Chicago 🤍 Congratulations to our student Mariam!

Private training is designed for artists who want a more personalized, hands-on learning experience with full attention throughout the entire class.

During this training, we focus not only on the technique itself, but on understanding the skin, proper depth, pressure, needle control, product application, treatment planning and how to work safely with different types of stretch marks.

You’ll have the opportunity to watch the full process, practice under direct supervision, work on a live model, ask as many questions as you need and receive immediate corrections throughout the procedure.

Our goal is for you to leave the training understanding not just HOW to perform Inkless Stretch Mark Revision, but WHY every step matters — so you can confidently introduce the service to your own clients.

COLOR BOOST = MAINTENANCE ✨

Permanent makeup is designed to fade gradually, which means it needs maintenance to stay fresh, soft, and beautiful.

A Color Boost is a color refresh that we generally recommend every 9–16 months. With lip blushing, you can often wait a little longer, but with eyebrows, coming back at the right time is especially important.

As good-quality permanent makeup fades, the color can start looking a little cooler or grayer. This is completely normal. It usually just means the pigment needs a little more warmth and saturation.

What is not normal? Brows fading into obvious green or orange/red/purple tones can be a sign of incorrect pigment choice and technique.

How quickly your brows fade depends on many things: your skin type, age, skincare routine, lifestyle, and especially sun exposure. If you don’t protect your brows with SPF, the color can fade and cool down much faster. But even with great sun protection, fading will still happen over time — it is part of having permanent makeup.

And the longer you wait, the more work may be required to bring the color back. When pigment becomes extremely faded, your artist may need more passes and more saturation, which can mean more trauma to the skin than a simple yearly refresh.

Think of your Color Boost as maintenance, not starting over. 🤍

So many clients come to us with previous permanent makeup and ask us to “fix” their brows. And in probably 90% of those cases, our recommendation is to go through a removal process first.

Not because we don’t want to take the appointment. We say it because we care about what your brows are going to look like not only today, but years from now.

Sometimes a cover-up may look acceptable at first, but adding more pigment over an already saturated, uneven, discolored, or poorly shaped tattoo can make the problem much harder to correct later.

We know that sometimes a client will walk away and find another artist who is willing to do the cover-up right away — and that’s okay. We will still choose to be honest and recommend what we truly believe is best for your skin and your long-term result, even if that means not doing the procedure that day.

Removal is also very individual. Some clients may need only 1 session, while others may need 5 or even 10 sessions. It depends on how much pigment is in the skin, how deeply it was implanted, how old the previous work is, the type of pigment, and what result we are trying to achieve before creating new brows.

And removal does not always mean that every trace of pigment has to disappear. Sometimes we simply need to lighten the old work enough to give us a cleaner canvas and more freedom to create a beautiful new shape.
