Andrea Gargano is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) who strives to empower clients by helping them to identify unhealthy thought patterns and replace them with healthy, productive ones that foster emotion regulation and insight. y from Benedictine University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. Her areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, major life transitions, relationships, depression, grief/loss, and spirituality. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is effective in the treatment of trauma and EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) which is effective for couple counseling.
