Study your spiritual practitioners. The way we tend to self, how we hold space, the way we alchemize all lessons sent our way and so on. This matters when choosing your support system. It matters when engaging with other birth workers as a birth worker.

Like the steady pull of the tide, this new chapter has brought me to Chicago. 🌊✨

I am deeply grateful to bring my birth keeper offerings to this city. Just as the ocean holds space for both the storm and the calm, I am honored to hold space for families here and virtually. There is a deep, fluid connection in this work—a rhythmic ebb and flow of support that I am so ready to share and witness.

If you’re new here, or if we haven’t caught up in a while—welcome. Spring feels like the perfect time for a necessary reintroduction.

There has been an intense shift in my journey lately. I’ve been reacquainting myself with parts of my existence that sat dormant for far too long, just waiting for me to tend to them. I’ve learned that being a multidimensional woman requires us to connect with every aspect of our being—the quiet, the loud, and everything in between.

What moves me:

• 🕊️ The Sacred: Holding space for birth and the journey of the “birthkeeper.”

• 🎨 The Expression: Telling stories through different mediums and creative art forms.

• 🌱 The Collective: Deeply loving and showing up for my community.

The healer cannot heal without experiencing it first. This is me, authentically me, tending to my own garden as I help others grow theirs.

I’ve spent the last season listening to the community, seeing where the gaps are and where spirit is calling for more support. When I started RECLAIM, I wanted to create a space where families didn’t just “get through” birth, but actually felt in the driver’s seat. To me, reclaiming your power means having the tools, the education, and the guidance you need to feel totally confident in your choices.
