Qi Gong + Sound
This is one of my favorite events to offer — because it works quietly and deeply.
Right now, we’re in a season that asks the body to slow down, restore, and reorganize.
In Chinese medicine, this time of year is governed by the Kidney and Bladder meridians — the pathways that hold our reserves, our stress response, our fear, and our sense of safety in the world.
When these channels are stressed, we feel it as:
* fatigue or burnout
* anxiety or looping thoughts
* tight low back / hips / legs
* trouble settling, even when we’re resting
Qi Gong is one of the most gentle and intelligent ways to work with this system.
The movements are slow, rhythmic, and intentional — designed to circulate energy through the Kidney–Bladder lines, unwind stored tension, and rebuild internal strength without forcing anything.
What I love most about this offering is the order:
We move first — to let the body speak, release, and reorganize.
Then we settle into sound — to integrate, soothe the nervous system, and allow everything to land.
Sound after movement is powerful.
The body is already open.
The mind is quieter.
The system knows how to receive.
This isn’t about performance or flexibility.
It’s about listening — to breath, to sensation, to what your body has been carrying quietly.
If you’ve been feeling tired, stretched thin, or like you can’t quite drop even when you try — this space was created for you.
Small group.
Intentional pacing.
Held with care.
We’d love to have you with us.
