Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, is a certified massage practitioner and a registered yoga instructor. Amy practices a results driven style of massage, taking elements from yoga and Thai massage, sports massage, acupressure, Swedish, deep tissue and medical massage. She tailors each session to suit the individual client's needs. Her background in exercise science gives her a s

pecial understanding of the demand athletes place on their bodies. She can be found providing therapy for the participants of cycling events, kayaking races and triathlons. She emphasises an integrative approach to health, encouraging her clients to seek a wide variety of holistic modalities to improve their longevity and quality of life. In her free time Amy enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, practicing yoga, hiking, gardening and enjoying life to the fullest.
