Dear Valued Customers,
After 29 wonderful years of owning and operating my Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio in Chico, I have decided that it is time for me to retire and begin a new chapter.
As I reflect on the years since opening the studio in 1997, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible customers who have supported me along the way. Many of you have become more than customers—you have become friends. It has been my pleasure to help you discover products you love, celebrate special occasions, and share life's milestones together.
As I prepare for retirement, I invite you to stop by and help me celebrate this exciting transition during my Customer Appreciation & Retirement Sale. As a thank-you for your loyalty and support, I am offering 20% off all merchandise. Studio hours will be extended from 7:30AM - 6:00PM Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th. My Daughters will be in the studio to help you make your purchases.
My final day in the studio will be Friday July 17th, so this will be a wonderful opportunity to stock up on your favorite products and visit one last time.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this community for nearly three decades. The relationships, memories, and friendships I've made through the studio will always hold a special place in my heart.
