Gather your friends for a lighthearted afternoon of Halloween movies, spooky tunes, classic candy, and fall fun! We’ll cover favorites like Hocus Pocus, Halloweentown, Casper, The Addams Family, and It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

🕛 We’ll start promptly at 12 p.m. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.

🌿 INTRODUCING THE DAILY 5 🌿
A 90-Day Faith-Centered Nervous System Support Program

What if caring for yourself did not require another complicated routine?

The Daily 5 asks for just five intentional minutes each day. The goal is to help you establish simple, repeatable habits while maintaining your health goals through Thanksgiving, Christmas and the busy holiday season.

Your daily five-minute commitment includes:
✨ 1 minute of arm weights with rebounding or light movement
✨ 1 minute of mindful breathing
✨ 1 minute of fascia or somatic movement
✨ 1 minute of dry brushing or intentional touch
✨ 1 minute of prayer, devotional reading or meditation on Scripture
