✨ POV: “I seriously don’t know why I was so scared to book this… it really wasn’t that bad!”

— Nearly every first-time Brazilian client, ever. 😂

I still remember my first Brazilian wax. Honestly? Booking the appointment was way scarier than actually showing up for it.

It’s kind of like any intimidating thing in life—the anticipation is usually worse than the reality. Then you’re sitting there thinking, “Wait… that’s it?”

I get asked all the time if I take collagen supplements, and my answer is always… “Well, it depends.”

Here’s the way I think about it…😊

You can’t build a house without all the materials, right? The same goes for collagen. Your body can’t just magically create beautiful collagen unless it has the nutrients it needs to actually build it.

Collagen is protein, and protein is made up of amino acids. As we get older, getting enough quality protein becomes so important—not just for our skin, but also for our muscles, joints, energy, and overall health. It’s all connected.

Lately I’ve been loving this bone broth hot cocoa, and honestly, it’s become part of my morning routine. It gives me 25 grams of protein first thing in the morning, which helps keep me fuller longer and prevents me from turning into a snack monster by 10 a.m. 😂

The best part? It tastes like you’re cheating. Rich, chocolatey, cozy… not at all what you’d expect from bone broth.

I’m sharing it because I genuinely love it—not because I’m selling it, making commission, or benefiting from it in any way. It’s not something I carry in the clinic. I just found something that’s working for me and thought some of you might enjoy it too. 🤍
