Our role with creating a safe container for the masculine to heal and level up starts by us ending the pattern of demasculating men as a result of our wounding.

If you truly believe there are no good, healthy masculine men out there.. then that is all you will see & continue to find.

The wounding that starts with our fathers. It doesn't even have to involve physical contact but facing the pain that this dynamic has caused you and loving those aspects of your self.

The healthy masculine desires to provide and protect. He’ll hear your pain & want to find a way to take it away from you. A man in healthy masculine energy naturally wants to help you & support you. Remember that. If he leaves you wondering where you stand, he ain’t the one.

He wakes up to go to work when he’s low on sleep. No matter how dark, cold or rainy it is. No matter what body parts achy today.

He makes sure everything is taken care of even when he hasn’t eaten anything and is running on his daily caffeine. Whether it’s family or work.

Hes never be too busy to listen and guide her whirlwind of emotions and gives her the security and benefit of doubt when she spirals into overthinking.

He sends her songs, memes and tik tok videos that remind him of her or he knows she will laugh about.

He shows up to help or defend anyone he loves and crossing him could be detrimental.

There’s a ton of empowerment for women, but this month is all about men. It’s men’s mental health awareness month.

Here are some stats:
3/4 su***des are men.
Global su***de is double women’s.
35% of men wait 2+ months to share their mental struggles.

So whether it is your man, father, brother, uncle, or male coworker. For once ask them what they need because they always do so much for us. Take inventory of how they create a masculine shield or do the logistics doing what they do best to make our life easier.

Just when you think a feminine woman couldn’t open her heart anymore..

She blooms like a flower on the first day of spring.

We’re getting fed a lie that being a woman means being a bad ass, workaholic, boss babe who doesn’t need anyone. It couldn’t be further from the truth

A woman in her multidimensional power can sit at any table and increase the value. Put her in any room, circle, group, whatever - and without even saying much, everyone is impacted by her presence. People sit up a little straighter and move a little different. She is the standard.

A divine woman has the power to lift you out of the perils of your mind & into a universe where everything is absolutely fine. She’ll take her time, elevating you into the man who can stand completely on God’s plan. Like a promise she made to love you in a way that only she can.

I exist freely and safely in my femininity because God protects me completely. I don’t question that anymore.
