keep these tips in mind for your next building lap run👇
👟 Relax your hands
👟 Keep shoulders back & down
👟 Engage your core for strong posture
👟 Land and push through your midfoot
👟 Match your pace to your breathing
🔑 A sustainable pace = a sustainable breath.
Try:
👃 In through the nose and out through the mouth 👄
And remember… opposite arm, opposite leg 😉
