Choose one of the following hikes based on your comfort level. Customer-owners who email a photo of themselves on their weekly hike to [email protected] will be entered to win weekly prizes. Customer-owners who complete all nine weeks will be entered to win a grand prize!

For the week of July 13, choose from the following qualifying hikes:
• Matanuska-Susitna Borough Trail: Reflections Lake (1.1 miles, round trip, easy difficulty)
• Anchorage Trail: University Lake Loop (1.7 miles, round trip, easy difficulty)

This year, customer-owners pick and choose trails of varying lengths and difficulty each week.

Remember, difficulty does not necessarily mean distance. Customer-owners who email a photo of themselves on their weekly hike to [email protected] will be entered to win weekly prizes.

Southcentral Foundation Research is seeking customer-owners to participate in a research study.

If you or someone you know has been affected by opioids, consider sharing your experience and help shape ideas for reducing opioid overdoses.

Participants who complete the survey will receive $30.

To participate in the survey, you must be:
- Ages 18 and older
- Alaska Native or American Indian
- Eligible for or is currently receiving services at SCF
- Have personal experience with or know a loved one who is struggling with opioid use
