I have gained quite a few more followers lately and I thought I would reintroduce myself to begin 2023.
My name is Annette Merulla, I have been married for 26 years and we have 3 children. I have been a Real Estate Salesperson at Howard Hanna for a year. I previously owned and operated a successful salon in Cicero for 25 years. The salon industry was my passion from a very young age. Throughout my 30 years total in the salon business, I had a side interest in the real estate industry. I studied and followed the real estate market as a hobby and always knew at some point I would make that switch in my career, just needed the perfect time. Like most people, I re-evaluated my life choices during the 2020 pandemic. I realized just how much I was burnt out, how much the salon industry had evolved and not necessarily for the good. It became an industry I just didn’t recognized anymore. I knew this was my time to make the transition into real estate and with my skillset and strong work ethic as a small business owner, this transition would be seemingly smooth. I love every aspect of it!
I have served CNY and made many connections, relationships and lasting friendships in the Cicero/N.Syracuse area throughout my 30-year salon career. I have no doubt I can continue serving CNY in the real estate business, continuing to make my clients feel special and cater to their specific needs and wants when looking for their perfect home! During this past year, I have successfully guided my clients in the home buying process in one of the roughest markets in history. I am truly excited to continue guiding all my clients, whatever their needs may be, through 2023!
