Perfect morning at the Cincinnati Dragons 5K! It was sooo good to see my Dragons family. I can’t believe how much the players have grown!!

Provided first aid and recovery services. Those early season blisters can get ya!

I’m so excited to be sponsoring the team again this season and looking forward to supporting these athletes. DragON! 🐉 🏀♿️

Sending the best of luck, efficient pushes, and speedy PRs to UC Adaptive Athletes , , and and youth athlete Austin as they finish up competing at Nationals today in Grand Rapids, MI!

The Hartford Nationals is the longest running adaptive sport event in the USA. It hosts 7 sports in addition to various clinics for youth and adults with disabilities. Events continue through Thursday.

It’d be pretty cool to host this scale of adaptive event in Cincinnati, wouldn’t it?! 😬😉

2025 was a quieter year at Invictus—and for the very best reasons 💕

This past fall, I welcomed twin girls into the world!

I’m incredibly grateful for my clients and colleagues who showed so much understanding during a tough pregnancy and when I had to close up shop earlier than planned. Your support meant more than you know.

I’m looking forward to getting back to work over the next couple of months and excited to show my daughters that passion and ambition can live alongside purpose in your work and at home.

And of course, I’m fully committed to raising a couple of little adaptive sports fanatics 😉

Exciting things are on the horizon, and I can’t wait to share more soon!
