Meet Caleb, our Fertigation Supervisor!
Caleb has been part of the King City Gardens family for just over two years, and what a ride it's been! He kicked things off in packaging, jumping in wherever the team needed him, before finding his groove in fertigation โ and that's when the magic happened. Getting up close with the plants, he saw firsthand just how much proper irrigation shapes the final product, and he's been all-in ever since.
Today, Caleb runs irrigation across our entire 45,000+ sq ft flowering canopy. He's the one watching the data, making the calls, and dialing in our crop steering strategy โ pushing plants generative or vegetative depending on exactly where they are in their life cycle. It's precise, hands-on work, and Caleb absolutely crushes it.
Before joining KCG, Caleb built a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical maintenance and project management โ but plants have always been his true calling. He grew up gardening alongside his mom (flowers, veggies, herbs, the whole nine), and that lifelong love for growing things is unmistakable. He's also a proud Air Force veteran, and that blend of discipline and genuine passion comes through in everything he does.
When he's off the clock, you'll catch him outside soaking up nature. Every year, he heads out to California to link up with his brother and explore the national parks together.
Thank you for everything you bring to the team, Caleb. We're lucky to have you! ๐
