This is DSP appreciation week!! This year marks 26 years that i have worked in my field. Working with I/DD, anyone will tell you that no two days are ever the same. It takes a really special group of people to handle the unexpected with as much grace, humor, and dedication as my team does.I see how hard they all work, whether it’s helping someone master a new life skill, navigating a tough behavioral situation, or just being a steady, reliable presence in someone’s life. Our DSP'S don't just show up for shifts; they show up for the individuals that we love. They bring their energy, their creativity, and their ❤️ to work every single day.Thank you for being such incredible DSP'S. For lifting each other up when things get tough, and for always putting the individuals we support first. You all inspire me, and I’m proud to be on this team with each and every one of you!!
