All of you of you, should be aware that each FDA approved drug has multiple other uses beyond it's intended or advertised use. In some cases these are as little as 10 additional uses. LDN is unique in that it already has over 100 uses. The answer to COVID-19 is most likely to be found in off-label uses of existing approved drugs. The hope is that these drugs will be safe, and affordable for all.

Just one week ago, President Donald Trump was in hospital suffering from COVID-19. On October 2nd, the White House physician released a list of the medications President Trump was being treated with. One of them was a simple, over-the-counter anti-ulcer drug called famotidine (sold as Pepcid in the USA).

The President was being given famotidine (Pepcid) not for an ulcer, but for a freshly-suggested off-label use - treating COVID-19. The idea of using this drug for COVID-19 was first published by MedInsight co-founder, Moshe Rogosnitky, in JMIR Public Health & Surveillance on April 7th, 2020.

On October 9th, the New York Daily News featured an editorial by MedInsight founder, Moshe Rogosnitzky, asking a very simple question: If famotidine, and similar generic drugs, are considered safe enough for the President of the United States to use, why shouldn't every American have access to these treatments?
