This may be an unpopular opinion, but I believe focusing on your health goals is so much bigger than what your scale says.

You and I have a calling. God's given each of us a purpose. And we need the right fuel 💪 and energy to run this race God has before us. 'Cuz we can't live on coffee ☕️ and doughnuts 🍩. (Goodness knows, I wish we could.)

I believe my purpose is to help women like you have the stamina and strength you need to fulfill *your* calling. Maybe your calling is to teach high school math. Or maybe your calling is to feed the homeless. Or, maybe your calling is to run a restaurant that makes the best cheeseburgers 🍔 this side of heaven (I salute you, expert cheeseburger-maker. My taste buds thank you in advance.)

What if you could learn how to eat food that fuels your mission *and* is delicious? What if you could learn how to move your body so you can get stronger when you get older - not weaker?

Ladies in your 30s, 40s, and 50s, no matter what you do between 9-5 each day, your work matters. Let's not let peri/menopause symptoms, plateaued weight loss, and general sluggishness get in the way of you kicking b***y and taking names.

My next 6-week class starts TODAY, and I'm closing it out tonight. You'll learn the exact framework my clients use to lose weight (my clients lose about 10-15 pounds in the first 6 weeks), lose inches, gain energy, sleep better, and just FEEL better. My five February wellness goals (as a middle-aged wellness coach):

Getting at least 10,000 steps/day. The January snow and cold snap made this goal challenging, but I’m committed to meet that goal this month. Moving my body isn’t so much about weight loss as it is about boosting my mood, reducing stress, and improving my cardiovascular health.

Strength 💪 training 3x/week. As we hit middle age, we need to hit the weights! Resistance training increases muscle, metabolism, PLUS bone density.

Eating at least 100g protein/day. Protein keeps me full, helps me to not be hangry, and increases my muscle mass.

Getting at least 25g fiber 🍎🥦/day. Sure, fiber helps with digestion, but it also regulates blood sugar levels and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.

Spending time with God. Holy guacamole, this is the most important one of all for me! When I hang out with God in the morning, I feel so much peace. When I don’t, I notice the difference in my mood and stress 😧 levels. This is a non-negotiable for me.
