✨ W.H.O.L.E. – Tonight’s Topic: Internal Family Systems (IFS) ✨
Have you ever felt like…
part of you wants to move forward,
but another part of you pulls back?
Like one side of you says, “trust God,”
while another whispers, “stay guarded…”

That’s not confusion—
that’s unhealed parts trying to protect you.

🧠 Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us understand that within us are different “parts”:
• the part that learned to survive
• the part that avoids pain
• the part that strives for control
• the part that still needs healing

And here’s the truth…
None of those parts are your enemy.
They’re signals. They’re stories. They’re places where God wants to enter in.

🕊️ Healing isn’t about silencing those parts—
it’s about inviting Jesus into them.
Because when He steps in:
• fear doesn’t lead anymore
• wounds don’t speak louder than truth
• and your identity is no longer fragmented
You become… whole.

Tonight, we’re not just talking about behavior - we’re getting to the root.

🛡️Word for the Week: ARMOR 🛡️

“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the enemy.” – Ephesians 6:11

Some battles are loud. Others happen quietly in the mind and heart. This week, let’s remember—God didn’t send us out uncovered. He wrapped us in TRUTH, guarded us with righteousness, and steadied our walk with peace. He placed faith in our hands, salvation over our thoughts, and His Word as our sure defense.

Before you rush into the day, pause.
Name each piece.

Feel it settle on you like light armor—fitted, holy, enough.

Each morning this week, whisper: “I am fully covered.”
