If you can’t feel your pelvic floor this might be why! ⬇️

Gripping and tensing when you’re not doing anything but standing can alert your body into fight or flight >>= pain.

If you’re stuck- it will shut off your ability to feel your body as it’s designed.

Lengthening, relaxing, resetting are all ways to prime your body to clear up any patterns it’s developed to keep you safe. Lengthening through breath and the core of your body allows you to hit RESET when you feel stuck.
