Dear friends,

I’m excited to share that I’ll be teaching a weekly yoga class at the Center for Spiritual Enrichment, beginning Saturday, May 23rd at 9:00 AM.

You’re warmly invited to our Open House on Saturday, May 16th from 12:00–3:00 PM—a chance to visit the space, connect, and learn more. We’re located right next to Washington Park in downtown Cincinnati.

The first class is complimentary. After that, classes are $18 drop-in or $60 for a monthly membership.

For the past seven years, my business has grown entirely through word of mouth, keeping me consistently busy. I have personally practiced and utilized the strategies I will be sharing for many years on my own, with my yoga students, and some clients. In each session, I will introduce various practices from which you can choose the ones that best suit you. It's important to have a variety of tools at your disposal when needed. I will also provide scientific and experiential evidence to demonstrate that these strategies are effective.
