We meet people every week who spent $8000 on hearing aids and stopped wearing them within a month. Restaurants were still impossible, their own voice sounded like it was coming through a tunnel, or they still couldn't understand the TV. Almost all of them assumed they bought the wrong devices.

In our experience, the devices are usually fine. The programming is what failed them.

If your hearing aids live in a drawer, we offer second opinion appointments where we measure exactly what your aids are delivering to your ears and compare it to your actual prescription.

We have some exciting news to share! The next time you visit us, you'll notice a fresh new look: we've updated our name to Advanced Audiology Center of Cincinnati.

But don't worry, the heart of what we do isn't changing one bit. You'll still see the same friendly audiologist, in the same comfortable Madeira location, with the same personalized care for your hearing health and tinnitus relief that you know and trust. All that's really changing is that our name now truly reflects what we've been doing all along: providing advanced, comprehensive audiology care to you and our wonderful Cincinnati community. Over the next few weeks, keep an eye out for our new look popping up on our materials, signage, and online.

This patient drove almost three hours to see us. Not because we're the closest option, but because we're the right one.

Years ago, he came in for help with hearing loss and tinnitus from his military service. I connected him with the VA for hearing aids and handled the programming myself. He just came back with a brand new pair from the VA for me to do it all over again.

This is what hearing care is supposed to look like. It's not a transaction, it's a relationship.

To our veterans and active service members: your hearing matters, and so does the care behind it. We're here.
