(Succulent)
~ Sempervivum tectorum~
Also known as the ‘Common Houselleek’. Wonderful symmetry on these succulents. The large main rosette is called the ‘Hen’ and it produces the numerous, smaller rosettes called ‘Chicks’.

This pretty Daisy is extra fancy with the center ( disc) giving a little bloom! Fun fact: The Shasta Daisy center is actually made up of many tiny individual flowers grouped together.

Tiger Lilly

“Fancy Lancy”
This is from a few weeks ago-the Tiger lilies are done for the season here. The flowers have that cool coloring of a tiger and the stalks produce small, bean-like bulbs that can be used to grow new plants.

“Peach Flambé “

This plant has peach and orange petals that make it look ‘fiery’. However the foliage is dark black and green and makes it appear surreal with a goth vibe.
Love the honey bee on it at the beginning of the video.

The nickname Fairy Fan flower does it justice. These blooms spread out and create a magical little world. 💜

Yellow Daylily

The botanical name is a mouthful but I really enjoy these bright yellow, happy flowers. They always make me think of music because the shape of the flower reminds me of an old phonograph horn ( speaker) .
