Always an overwhelming sense of gratitude, pride and wonder when I take a class in my studio.

It took overcoming a lot of Imposter Syndrome to get to a place where I was comfortable being vulnerable enough to open my doors. To believe in myself and my voice and mission.

My personality is very much Aries-Fire-Driven and it’s nice when I stop and pause and remember all I’ve done and built.

So here’s your reminder that when you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, pause and remember how far you’ve actually come. 💜💜

Idk who needs to hear this but:

IF THE ACTIONS DIDN’T CHANGE, THE APOLOGY WAS NEVER TRUE.

Sometimes I feel like I’m in a rut and teaching the same flow over and over.

But honestly, if I really think about it, I can truthfully say I’ve never taught the same flow twice.

Even if every single pose was the same, I was instructing differently, my intentions were different, the focus of the practice was different.

That’s the beauty of yoga. You show up and allow the practice to take the lead.

And the results are miraculous.

The Universe has been nudging me to re-begin to cultivate my practice as a Death Doula (or often seen as EOLD).

My passion for deathwork has always been around energy work for the final transition and creating a space that suits the family & person, as well as education around the dying process.
