This is what they listed my son because of all the suspicious actions involved in his supposed missing persons case. Then the cop that came to take report because I was throwing a fit. He listed Kenny as a missing endangered adult. Well once I received the missing persons report, he changed it to say I told him Kenny was on m**h, which was a big lie and this cop was fired a few month's later for falsifying paperwork and stealing hour's that he claimed to work and was nit working them!

They collected my dna for sons case after 9 days later after the found unrecognizable human remains and listed them as a homicide. I also asked them don't you need his brother's dna they said no. They took my dna and 3 month's later wanted me to give them Kenny's tooth brush. My son Kenny's brother Rick should of had his dna taken too. With my dna won't be as strong as his brothers. The law enforcement here lied because 3 days later the detective called me and asked me to come in and told me the homicide was a mistake it was only a domestic. He lied homicide detective already came and told me they tracked the remains they found. Which between the summer tattoo on my son's right forearm and the tracking of the remains brought them to my house to collect my DNA

Well after 10 year's of disappearance of Kenny, he is now declared dead by a judge from another county besides Citrus. Now instead of a non active missing person's case it is now a cold case! Thanks to the people who were able to get this done! To those who were hoping the homeless person in pinellas county was Kenny, unfortunately that person also went missing once law enforcement down there was asked to get involved. Now that it can be a cold case, further investigating can be done. The truth shall set us free , not by taking your own life or purposely overdosing. There are other people that were involved and at the scene of the crime as well...Not to forget to mention law enforcement themselves who personally threatened people that were trying to help and went out of their way to cover track's
