CMDHD is hosting a Medication Takeback Day on Wednesday, May 13 from 10am - 3pm at our Harrison Office (815 N. Clare Avenue).

Stop by to dispose of your unused, expired, and unwanted medications safely. Disposing of unwanted medications through this event helps to prevent medication misuse and potential opioid addiction.

Note: We will not accept liquid medications, sharps, or inhalers.

Patients — we’re excited to share that our onsite lab services are available starting today!

We will have a Labcorp phlebotomist onsite for blood draws:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

No appointment is needed if you already have lab orders. Please check in at the front desk when you arrive and let our staff know you are here to complete labs. Once the phlebotomist is ready, she will call you back.

Our office staff will also be reaching out over the coming days to patients with current lab orders to let them know onsite services are now available 😃

Billing for bloodwork will be handled directly through Labcorp. Labcorp accepts most major insurance plans, and self-pay pricing options will also be available for patients who need them. Additional billing information will be posted on our website in the coming weeks and is also available onsite.
