This brand was born from my own healing journey, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As a mom, an herbalist‑in‑the‑making, and someone who’s faced burnout, postpartum struggles, and the deep desir

e to feel whole again… I created ROSE + RITUAL because I needed this. I wanted to feel confident in what I was using on my body and my babies. I wanted to believe in natural products that actually worked. I wanted my home to feel safe, my skin to feel loved, and my nervous system to feel calm again.

🌹 I chose the name ROSE because the rose is timeless, strong yet delicate, known and loved. It’s nature’s reminder that healing and beauty can exist together.
🌿 And RITUAL is about turning simple daily care into something meaningful. Whether you’re soothing a diaper rash, calming restless legs, massaging oil into your skin, or just taking a deep breath, those moments matter. I know how hard it can be to switch from conventional to natural care. So many “clean” products feel sticky, drying, or ineffective. I’ve tried them, I’ve felt frustrated, and I’ve even gone back to the chemical stuff when I didn’t want to simply because I didn’t have anything better. So, trust me when I say I’ve been there. That’s why I’m so intentional with everything I create. Every balm, oil, and product is made with whole ingredients, herbal knowledge, and a deep desire to empower you, to give you tools that feel good, smell good, and actually work. The Westside Elementary Back-to-School Drive, proudly presented by the Rooted Harmony Market & West Bend Farmers Market family, is now underway! We're inviting our incredible community to help ensure every student begins the school year with the supplies they need to learn, grow, and succeed.

We're collecting hygiene essentials like deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and soap, along with school supplies including notebooks, folders, markers, colored pencils, scissors, glue sticks, and healthy snacks to keep young minds fueled throughout the day.

Donations can be dropped off this Saturday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM at the West Bend Farmers Market at the Claremore Expo Center, or at Rooted Harmony Market during regular business hours.

Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. Together, we can give Westside Elementary students a confident, successful start to the school year. 💙

Hi 👋 everyone I need your opinions.

Its getting to be that time of the year where extra immune support is needed and with that I will be restocking my elderberry syrup and while I would love to be able to make a honey infused shelf stable syrup im just not allowed to at this moment so with that I have the following options.

1. Make Elderberry syrup with honey but it needs to be refrigerated and shipped with ice packs (shipping prices will be impacted this method.)

2. Make shelf stable Elderberry syrup without honey so you can juat add your own sweetener once you open it.

3. Make an Elixir using an alcohol extraction method with 50% alcohol 50% honey (this would be smaller doses and bottles as it's stronger medicinally)
