Congratulations to Cheryl Weber, CNA, on being the recipient of the July BEE the ONE Award! Cheryl has many admirable qualities. She’s kind, compassionate, and always finds ways to make every person’s experience here feel more like home. From telling a joke to lending a hand when someone is in need, she’s always willing to step in. She continuously provides our residents with excellent care while honoring their likes, dislikes, and habits. She truly knows each person she takes care of and builds a strong rapport with them. Families, residents, and staff all respect her and are happy to see her when she walks through the door. We are so fortunate to have her on our team!
