THINGS TO REMEMBER:
If you are attending the sound bath, please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. In addition, feel free to bring a blanket or an eye mask. It can get chilly💨

What exactly is a “ Sound Bath”:

A sound bath is a form of sound healing where you are immersed in live sound from a variety of instruments. In my sessions I use crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, wave drums, and chimes each produce specific tones and vibrations that the body absorbs and responds to.

Because the body is made up of mostly water, vibration moves through it easily. Sound frequencies help balance the chakras and shift stagnant energy, breaking through blocks so the body can return to a more natural flow.

Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, a calmer nervous system, lower cortisol levels, and deeper rest.

Somatic practices are body based approaches to healing and wellness. The word “somatic” comes from the Greek word soma, meaning body. The core idea is that the body holds our experiences, stress, and trauma, not just the mind.

Through intentional practices like Reiki, reflexology, and sound healing, the body is given the opportunity to release what it has been carrying and return to a more regulated state.

She brings over 15 years in the wellness field as a certified Life,Leadership, and Trauma Recovery coach, Reiki practitioner, Reflexologist, and crystal sound bath facilitator. Her work is rooted in the understanding that stress, tension, and lived experience are stored in the body, and that real healing begins when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the body can return to its natural state of repair and recovery.
