Aaron E. Henry Community Health Center, Inc./Delta Area Rural Transit System (DARTS), is currently
accepting bids for public liability insurance coverage for forty-five (buses and vans) vehicles. The
insurance coverage should cover October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The bid should encompass at least the following coverage: liability of $1 million, maximum deductible of $5,000, medical $5,000, and uninsured motorist $25,000/$50,000.
Upon request, a list comprising all vehicles will be submitted to prospective bidders. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00p.m., September 17, 2026, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read.
