I looked around quite a bit even before I finished my classes for a place to work out of but they were few & far between. Most the places I did find wanted SO much money per client I saw & that didn’t feel right to me, to work so hard to give all my money to someone else. So I took a huge risk and opened my studio, thinking it would be easy to find other artists who needed an affordable space to work out of as well and that I could provide that space for myself & them. Unfortunately having subtenants turned out to be the hardest part of all of this & I am unable to afford it on my own. I was unable to find a replacement (again) right as it’s time to pay a large sum of money to relicense so sadly, I have decided to close my studio. I plan to find another place to work out of but for right now I am taking a breather & not taking new clients. If you are a current client & are in need of a touch up feel free to contact me so we can discuss getting you in for a touchup at my school.

Trying to figure out how to juggle being a business owner & a new mom has not been easy~ I’ve had clients but have not been able to find the time to post, advertise, or do so many of the things I did before.

So, here is just one of the clients I’ve seen since I’ve been back from maternity leave ~

(I forgot to take before photos until after we mapped her & cleaned up the surrounding hair)

Angela wanted her brows to look natural which is why she came to me, because that is always my goal!!! Subtle & natural. So we filled in the sparse areas & worked on symmetry. I had originally mapped a fuller, thicker shape for her but she wanted to go on the thinner side~ so this is what we came up with. She loves them but thinks she wants to go thicker at the next session.

That is what the follow up is for !!! It is always better to stay on the conservative side the first session if you are unsure ♥️ looking forward to the follow up. Thankyou, Angela!!

I’m back!!!
This past Saturday I saw my first client since my maternity leave 🤍 We did some subtle pixel blading and shading~ my favorite. Nothing too drastic, just enough to make the brows pop and frame the eyes! Thank you, Kait!

I freshened up my beautiful cousins brows today & we’re both so happy with them. We did pixel blading & shading to give them more dimension & they turned out looking so natural. ♥️

I am looking for someone who would like to work 2-3 days a week with opportunity to pick up other days when no one else is in the studio. Would be an ideal spot for someone who does lips, liner, body art/ tattoo, or lashes but I am open to other professions as well. It’s located inside the beautiful new Cosmo Salon, a great location in Clarkston MI. The studio is a fully licensed body art facility. DM me if you have questions!!!

I’m a little behind on posting my most recent clients ~
but here are some beautiful pixel strokes with some subtle shading! Paula’s brows started pretty far in because like many of us she over-plucked & they just stopped growing back in that area! We stuck with her natural shape because she really didn’t want a dramatic change, but we brought them in further to frame her eyes, added fullness, definition & symmetry. We love how they turned out!

My sister, my dad & I bought my beautiful momma a gift certificate for microblading for her birthday in December of 2020~

& her touchup for Christmas!

How much she loved them & how happy it made her was part of what made me decide I wanted to learn to do microblading myself.

Good thing I did because the artist who did her brows moved away & is no longer microblading!

I did a touchup for her today to freshen & darken them up ♥️

The white outline you see in after photos is called “blanching” & it’s an effect of the numbing solution. It goes away in a few hours & then the microblading looks more natural as it blends in with the surrounding skin more & of course as always they will lighten up & look more natural when healed 🌞

You still have time to book a refresh session with me before my maternity leave, but I am fully booked for new clients until I come back. New clients~ book yourself an appointment for September before September fills up!!!
