Happy National CNA Week!

This week we celebrate the heart of skilled nursing and long-term care, our Certified Nursing Assistants! Your compassion, dedication, patience, and hard work make an incredible difference in the lives of our residents every single day. Being a CNA is not an easy job. It requires physical strength, resilience, endless patience, and a genuine passion for caring for others. You are often the first to answer a call light, the first to notice when something isn’t right, and the first to provide comfort during difficult moments. You build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, helping make our facility feel like home.

The work you do is demanding, yet you continue to show up each day with kindness, professionalism, and a commitment to providing the best care possible. Your efforts often happen behind the scenes, but they never go unnoticed. Simply put, we could not do what we do without you. The success of skilled nursing and long-term care depends on the incredible care and support that CNAs provide every day. Thank you for the countless ways you advocate for, encourage, and care for our residents.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all that you do. We appreciate you not just this week, but every day. Happy National CNA Week! 💙

A bittersweet farewell and happy retirement to Kathy!

For 44 incredible years from NA to RN, she has dedicated herself to caring for your loved ones and being an essential part of our facility. Kathy has gone above and beyond time and time again picking up extra NOC shifts, staying long after her shift ended, and always showing kindness and compassion to everyone she encountered.
Her presence will truly be missed, not only by our team but by the residents whose lives she touched every single day. The care, warmth, and dedication she gave so selflessly will never be forgotten.
Wishing you all the happiness and relaxation in this next chapter you’ve more than earned it, Kathy! 💛

A big thank you to Anthony, one of our incredible Business Office Managers! Day in and day out, he takes on the not so fun task of managing private pay accounts and Medicaid, work that often means having tough conversations and facing some less than happy situations. It’s not easy being the one people associate with collecting money, but Anthony handles it all with professionalism, and a positive attitude. No matter how challenging the day gets, you can count on his endless supply of dad jokes to bring a smile and lighten the mood for everyone around him.We appreciate your hard work, your resilience, and the humor you bring to the team, Anthony.
