Okay, okay…we promise we actually like each other. 😂

But this heat is NO JOKE.
Dehydration can leave you feeling tired, headachy, dizzy, and foggy—especially when you’re sweating more than usual.

So consider this your reminder:
Drink your water💧
Replace those electrolytes🧂
Take breaks from the heat☀️
And maybe save the questions until everyone’s hydrated 😂

Stay cool out there, y’all. It’s HOT.

Our goal is to help you safely come off medications when it’s medically appropriate—not by stopping them suddenly, but by looking deeper at why you needed them in the first place. We work to uncover and address the root cause, explore nutrition, lifestyle, and natural options, and create an individualized plan to support your body throughout the process.

I love these little ones and being apart of their story.

They will never be just another number on my schedule.

They’re somebody’s whole world—and I’ll always treat them that way.

As kids head back to school, a strong immune system is built through daily habits—not just supplements.

Prioritize a whole-foods diet, limit added sugar (which can impact immune function), keep them hydrated, encourage outdoor play and sunshine for natural vitamin D, and consider supportive nutrients like vitamins C and D and elderberry syrup when appropriate.

Pair those habits with good handwashing and regular chiropractic care to support healthy nervous system function, helping their bodies adapt to the demands of a busy school year.

Picky eating can be a normal phase for kids, but when it lasts too long or significantly limits food variety, it can contribute to nutrient deficiencies such as low iron or zinc—which may make picky eating even more challenging.

Keep food exploration fun and pressure-free with the “touch, kiss, lick” method: encourage your child to touch a new food, bring it to their lips for a kiss, and then give it a little lick—even if they’re not ready to take a bite yet!

Babies are not a number on my schedule.

I don’t have to pack my day with appointments to meet an insurance quota or hit a certain number of visits. I have the freedom to slow down, listen to parents, and give each baby the time and attention they deserve.

Because when a baby is on my table, I’m not thinking about the next appointment.

I’m thinking about that baby.

I love these little ones. I love earning their trust, watching them grow, celebrating their milestones, and being trusted by their parents to be part of their story.

They will never be just another number on my schedule.

They’re somebody’s whole world—and I’ll always treat them that way.

Hidden mold can build up in water bottles—especially around lids, straws, and seals—so make it a habit to take them apart and check them regularly.

A good healthcare provider doesn’t have to know everything—they just have to listen and care enough. Sometimes the most important thing a provider can do is slow down, hear the whole story, and be willing to say, “I don’t know yet, but I’m willing to help you figure it out.”
