A belated 2025 year-end post, but a very special one 🤍

2025 was full! Full of fall weddings 🍂. Full of flowers 💐. Full of family 🥰.

Somewhere between long days in the garden and the rhythms of everyday life (an everday life that was especially full in 2025), I didn’t have the chance to pause and share what mattered most at the end of our season: the incredible couples who trusted Heather’s Victory Gardens with their wedding flowers 💍

Each bouquet, arrangement, and boutonniere were created with intention, care, and deep gratitude. These weren’t just events on a calendar - they were once-in-a-lifetime moments, and it was an honor to help tell those love stories through locally grown, seasonal flowers. 💖

We are very happy to once again share one of our favorite annual traditions: an ofrenda for Día de los Mu***os!
💀💐
For those of you who are unfamiliar, an ofrenda is an ancestor altar which is traditionally built in honor of Día de los Mu***os (a.k.a. The Day of the Dead). This is a Hispanic tradition with a rich cultural history.
Every year, a Mexican-American Boston Tea Room staff member builds an ofrenda in our shop and then invites the staff to add photos of loved ones who have passed, along with treats or libations they enjoyed in life. In this tradition, it is believed that spirits can cross over to visit their living families and loved ones.

Our ofrenda will remain set up until November 4th.

Tonight is Clawson High School's Homecoming Dance! 💃🏻✨️🕺🏽

If you or someone you know is a Clawson High School student looking to treat your date or yourself 🥰 to some sweet flowers on this fun and special night - HVG has whipped up some super cute 'posy' bouquets that should fit into most high-schoolers budgets.

Its my busy season (harvesting, wedding designing), so I have flowers EVERYWHERE 💐 and flowers are meant to be shared 🫶

So for my fellow Trojans (ya girl is also a CHS alum 💙💛), for Homecoming - I have about 20 of these posy bouquets for $5 each ✨️💐

There is a deep red rose/baby's breath 🌹 posy combo and a white 🤍 hydrangea/scabiosa posy combo.

I have approx 10 of each variety, so 20 total. I would love to get these to some flower appreciating students! 🫶💐

Porch pick-up tomorrow afternoon right here in Clawson (from 2 - 5pm)✨️

This Saturday, July 19th, come out to Heather's Victory Gardens and shop the first of our summer bouquets (snapdragons, gladiolas, zinnias, + more!💐)

We are a little later than usual this year with our annual Greenhouse clear out, but we have several veggie + herbs 🌱 as well as dahlia & flower 🌸 starts to choose from. These are great, inexpensive, organic options for your garden and perfect this time of year if you may have lost a plant or two here and there in your gardens and now need to fill gaps. Everything has been conditioned and hardened off to our Michigan weather and is more than ready to be planted! ✨️
