Coastal Plains Eye Care is opening in November 2023! We are your one stop shop for all of your eye care and eyewear needs. We look forward to seeing you!

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of professional eye care to the people of Claxton, Evans County, and surrounding communities. Our goal is to create an eye care and optical destination for the greater community.

We're celebrating two years with our amazing ophthalmic technician, Kaylee! 👀🎉

For the past two years, Kaylee has been one of the friendly faces that make Coastal Plains Eye Care so special. Her kindness and warm personality help patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our door. Whether she's assisting with patient care or jumping in wherever needed, Kaylee always does it with a smile and a caring heart. We are so thankful for her continued dedication to our patients. In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closed Friday, May 22nd and Monday, May 25th. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 26th for all your eye care and eyewear needs.
