We are saddened by the loss of Deborah Sheppard, Business and Front Office Manager, at our Jack Strickland Rehab & Wellness Center. She was a dedicated team members with over two decades of service. She will be missed greatly by her team and colleagues. Our thoughts are with her family and friends over the days ahead.

Due to a scheduling change, our "Diabetic Foot Care from a Podiatrist Perspective" presentation with Dr. Derek Barker, DPM, has been rescheduled.

🚨 Know the Signs of a Hernia

A hernia is more common than many people realize, and recognizing the signs early can help prevent complications and get you back to living life comfortably.

Common signs of a hernia include:
✔ A bulge or lump in the abdomen or groin
✔ Pain or discomfort when lifting, coughing, bending, or standing
✔ A heavy or dragging sensation in the abdomen
✔ Pain that improves when lying down
✔ Burning or aching around the bulge

If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, don't ignore them. Many hernias can worsen over time if left untreated, but early evaluation can help determine the best course of care.
