You know those moments you wish you could bottle up and come back to later? This was one of those. Even with real life waiting for us…kids to pick up, meetings to get to…this felt like a little pocket of time where everything just clicked…fresh air, real conversations about women’s wellness, and the kind of laughter that sneaks up on you and stays awhile ❤️

Fun fact: studies show that being outdoors, even just for an hour, can boost mood, creativity, and connection. But honestly, I think it’s the people you’re with that make the real difference.

This table held more than mocktails…it held the kind of real laughs that make your face hurt, stories you didn’t plan to tell, and those “remember when…”moments being created in real time. The kind you replay later and smile about for no reason.

Also…can we talk about the unexpected guest stealing the spotlight halfway down the table? 🐾😂

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax with the right people in the right place.

We just hosted our first Girl Talk: Hormone Health Workshop here at Marie Farms, and it was absolutely amazing. 💕
The conversations were real, the laughter was contagious, and the “ah-ha” moments were powerful. There’s something so special about women coming together to learn, connect, and feel understood, especially when it comes to our hormones and how they impact everything from energy and mood to sleep and stress.

Some things just take time. ❤️

This store sat unfinished for longer than we planned… but sometimes, the things you circle back to end up being the most meaningful. Chris and I finally started repurposing old wood, glass, and a few sentimental pieces to bring this little store space to life again — and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite spots on the farm.

It’s where conversations happen, ideas start to grow, and women will soon gather for things like our Women’s Hormone Health Workshop — all about learning, connecting, and taking care of ourselves from the inside out.

Lately, so many women I talk to are feeling stretched thin — tired, unbalanced, and unsure what’s going on inside their own bodies. I’ve been there too. And I’ve learned that understanding our hormones isn’t just about health — it’s about reclaiming our energy, our moods, and our confidence.

Growing up, I didn’t know much about women’s health. Being raised by my dad, hormones and cycles weren’t topics I learned about until later in life.

Now, as a mom raising two daughters, I want things to be different — for them and for all of us. 💛
