For the first time, The Spiral Journey is opening Wednesdays for the summer season!

Beginning June 3rd and continuing through July 22nd, guided healing sessions will now be available during both daytime and evening hours every Wednesday for 8 weeks only.

These Sacred Guided Healing Sessions are gentle, intuitive, and deeply restorative experiences designed to support the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies through a blend of guided meditation, energy healing, intuitive insight, grounding practices, and sacred space holding.

Whether you are moving through transition, burnout, grief, awakening, exhaustion, uncertainty, or simply craving reconnection to your own spirit…this space was created for you.
