We woke up Thursday at 2:30 a.m. to catch a plane to Boston, then spent the next five days walking all over Boston and Salem—and having the absolute time of our lives. Planes, trains, subways, boats, crowds, and miles on our feet. We did it all. 💛

Today’s trip home? Rerouted and delayed, and we’re still stuck in an airport we should never have had to visit. 🙃

And hydration? I definitely didn’t keep up like I should have. Tomorrow, my first stop is Honey Wellness Collective. I’m ready to rehydrate and ask my Honey Girls about a little wellness support after a week on the move.

Travel can take a lot out of you. Heading out soon—or home and feeling like your body’s still catching up? Come talk with us about IV hydration and wellness options that may fit your needs. We’re here before the trip or after you get back. 🐝

Come sick. Come well. Come in recovery. 🍯

Wherever you are in the season, we’re here to help you find wellness support that fits your needs. Hoping to stay on top of your wellness? We can talk through options like Defend or Reset. Feeling under the weather or getting back on your feet? We’ll help you explore what may be appropriate for you, including Sweet Relief.

And if you’re actively feeling sick, please call us first. We have a separate space so we can welcome you while helping protect other clients, too.

We’re here to listen, answer questions, and help you find your next step. Wellness support is not a substitute for medical care, and every service is based on an individual screening.

Something is making the rounds early this year, and we’ve been hearing questions about what we offer when you’re not feeling your best. 🍂

If you’re currently under the weather, ask us whether Sweet Relief may be an option for you. Thinking ahead and looking for adjunctive wellness support? Ask about Defend or Reset. And if you’re curious about IV therapy in general, we’re happy to talk through the options with you.

We can’t promise prevention or a faster recovery. Our goal is to help you understand what may be appropriate for you after we talk through your needs and health history.

We’re happy to see clients who are actively sick, and we have a separate space to help keep everyone safe. Please call or text 919-631-6574 before arriving so we can plan for your visit. We have Saturday availability in both Clayton and Goldsboro! 💛🐝
