****PTCB Certified Pharmacy Tech WITH experience *****
Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in providing medication and healthcare products to patients
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Maintain accurate patient records and profiles
- Process prescription orders and insurance claims
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, drug names, and pharmaceutical calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Skills:
- Pharmacy technician expertise
- Strong patient service skills
- Register and cash handling experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, closed Sunday.
**Pay Range $18-$20 hour based on experience.
Full -time
No benefits other than PTO after 90 days
This is comparable to all other independent pharmacies in the area.
***Cashier/Delivery Driver***
Duties:
-Checkout patients
-Accurately package deliveries for the day
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers' homes
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including friendly and professional interactions
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules
- Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
Requirements:
-Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to find delivery locations
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills:
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience for processing payments
- Retail experience
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient delivery routes
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, for interacting with customers and addressing any concerns or inquiries
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
