OWNER SPOTLIGHT — Meet Kelly!
Hey! I’m Kelly, Owner of Twisted River Hair Studio! 🩵
I’ve been behind the chair for over 18 years now, and while I still absolutely LOVE doing hair (especially color! 🎨), this industry has grown into so much more for me.
In 2015, my husband and I took a big leap and opened Twisted River Hair Studio with a dream of creating a salon that felt welcoming, comfortable, creative, and a place where both clients and stylists could feel at home.
And we’re still dreaming!
One of the things I’m most excited about right now is evolving and adding commission stylist to our team. We’re growing and creating more opportunities for stylists who want to grow, learn, build their careers, and continue developing their skills in this industry. I’m excited to be able to mentor and help lead stylists as they grow—not just behind the chair, but as confident professionals.
For me, being a salon owner isn’t just about the business side. It’s about the people. 🩵My clients, my team, the relationships we’ve built, the laughs we share, the challenges we work through, and yes…probably way too many iced coffees! ☕️😂
Outside of the salon, I love spending
quality time with my family, staying active, and taking walks with Bella & Cooper. 🩵
I’m incredibly grateful for this crazy, rewarding journey and for every client and stylist who has been a part of it along the way.
18 + years in, and I’m still learning, growing, dreaming, and having fun with it. I wouldn’t have it any other way!
