A wonderful read for those interested in shamanic wisdom, personal transformation, and learning to live from a deeper place of awareness.

In The Heart of the Shaman, Alberto Villoldo explores teachings inspired by the wisdom traditions he encountered through his work with Indigenous healers of the Americas. Throughout the book, he invites readers to examine the stories they carry, the beliefs that shape their lives, and the ways those stories can influence how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

One of the central teachings of the book is the idea of the “sacred dream,” a way of living with greater consciousness and becoming an active participant in the life we are creating.

This book explores themes of:
• Transforming limiting personal stories
• Moving beyond fear and old patterns
• Connecting with the wisdom of the heart
• Shamanic approaches to healing and transformation

Almost every week since the summer of 2019, we have offered a weekly meditation gathering to our community.

For more than half a decade, the intention behind this offering has remained unchanged: to provide a simple, affordable time and space each week that our community can depend on. A place to come as you are, slow down, turn inward, and give a little time back to yourself.

For years, each Wednesday we have continued to offer a walk-in welcome, $10 meditative journey for anyone who feels called to join us.

Through changing seasons, changing years, and all the changes life brings, this little Wednesday offering has remained.

We are so grateful that you continue gifting yourselves this special time each week, whether you have been joining us for years or have only recently walked through our doors.

And we are honored to continue holding a space where, even for a short while, you can step away from the noise of everyday life and experience a little sacred calm for yourself.

RAW AMBER IS NOW AVAILABLE IN OUR SHOP!

After receiving multiple requests for Amber, we took our time finding a beautiful, quality source that we felt good about offering. We are excited to now have all-natural Amber available in its raw, unpolished form.

Amber is unlike most of the stones and minerals we carry. It is not actually a crystal or mineral, but fossilized tree resin that has transformed over millions of years. Because of its ancient connection to trees, sunlight, Earth, and time, Amber has long carried symbolic and spiritual significance across many cultures.

Spiritually, Amber is often associated with:

We recently revamped our crystal space and moved our entire Crystal & Mineral Room into Suite One!

Our beautiful team of ladies has been working hard behind the scenes; organizing crystal inventory, setting up the new space, and putting out so many beautiful new pieces for our crystal-loving customers & community family.
