Has it ever felt like you've been in a rut of low energy, depression and negative thoughts, or you just don't feel like you should mentally or physically? Does it last for days, weeks, or even sometimes longer?

Have you ever thought about balancing your chakras with a Reiki session or cleansing and boosting your personal energy and energy field with the relaxing and rejuvenating smoke from aromatic herbs?

If you've said yes to the first part, but have never heard of anything I mentioned in the second part, I'm here to help and answer any questions you may have.

My name is Mandy, and I personally have struggled and still do struggle with the negative impact of things like energies from strangers, the food I Ingest, terrible sleeping patterns, intrusive thoughts, EMF side effects, and many other factors that over time, block the chakras inside my body and causing me to slow down mentally or physically. Or worse, weakening my immune system and even making me sick!

When I start feeling the negative effects of my environment on my body, mind, and life, I know it's time to balance the chakras allowing energy to flow freely again. While grounding myself giving me a boost of imaginary support from the universe.

Herkimer diamonds are double terminated or sided quartz crystal that begin forming 500 million years ago in new York near the mohawk river valley.

Double terminated means it has a point on either end. They also will glow under a UV light.

These diamonds, which are actually a form of quartz are great for getting in tune with others vibrations and is an amplifier to other stones.

Psychic visions come easily when wearing or carrying a Herkimer diamond. And when meditating, the Herkimer diamond allows all sorts of positive energy to flow through you.
