Before you skip another meal or cut another 200 calories, read this.đ¤
The #1 thing I see ALL the time:
Coffee for breakfast.
A tiny salad for lunch.
Maybe a handful of almonds in the afternoon.
Then youâre exhausted, freezing, craving sugar, bloated, constipated, your period is changing, and youâre wonderingâŚshat is wrong with me?
Sometimes, your body isnât asking you to eat LESS. Itâs asking you to EAT.
When you chronically under-eat, your body has to conserve resources. And when resources are limited, your body may start prioritizing basic survival over things like reproductive health, digestion, thyroid function, muscle building, and metabolic health.
Over time, inadequate nourishment can contribute to:
â Hormonal and menstrual changes
â Fatigue and low energy
â Blood sugar crashes & intense cravings
â Muscle loss
â Sluggish digestion & constipation
â Poor gut motility
â Nutrient deficiencies
â Feeling cold or âmetabolically brokenâ
And hereâs the part I REALLY want you to understand: you can be overweight and still be undernourished.
Because calories arenât the whole story.
Your body needs protein, quality carbohydrates, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals to make hormones, support your gut, build muscle, produce energy, and keep your cells functioning.
So if youâre constantly restricting food, skipping meals, avoiding carbs, or trying to survive on as little as possibleâŚuour body may eventually push back.
You donât need another diet telling you to eat less. You need to learn how to properly nourish the body you already have.
And thatâs exactly what I help my clients doâlooking at nutrition, blood sugar, digestion, minerals, stress, hormones, and metabolic function to uncover what your body actually needs.
