And just like that… we’re back to school! 📚💙

Clayton had his first day back today, which means it’s officially time for all of us to get back into our routines. And for me, that means getting back to Pilates! 🙌🏼 There’s something about getting back into a good routine that just feels so good — moving my body, taking care of myself, and starting the season with intention.

And while we’re getting back into schedules, early mornings, classrooms and busy days, it’s also the perfect time to start thinking about wellness and supporting our families through the back-to-school season. 🍎✨

That’s where elderberry comes in! Elderberry has always been such a staple in our home, especially during those times of year when everyone is suddenly sharing germs again. Our elderberry syrup is made with locally sourced honey and is an easy addition to your daily wellness routine.

So here’s to a new school year, new routines, taking better care of ourselves, and keeping those immune-supporting habits going strong! ❤️

Cheers to a healthy, happy school year! 🍎📚✨
