CooperativeMed was the first concierge/membership medical practice in Tampa Bay, and the first in the United States ever developed from scratch (non-transitioned). Patients have 24/7 access to their private physician by cell phone and email. Same day appointments, minimal or no waiting, and home/office visits are offered. Preventative care is prioritized, in-office phlebotomy and limited point of care testing, genetics testing, micronutrient analysis and customized supplements, and sophisticated cholesterol and heart marker profiling are available. This innovative primary care home combines 1950's nostalgia with high-tech medical care. There are two office locations serving both Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Your physician advocate will be Dr. O'Neal, an award-winning physician that is considered a leader in the field of concierge/membership medicine. Select, non-gated insurances and Medicare are accepted for potentially reimbursable services.
