If you recently received a letter from your insurance company stating that you may need to change pharmacies, please don’t panic or make any changes at this time.

In most cases, these letters are designed to encourage patients to move to “preferred” pharmacies (which is a meaningless title) but Clearwater Pharmacy is still able to continue filling your prescriptions just as we always have.

Please feel free to disregard the letter unless you hear directly from us otherwise. If you have questions about your specific plan or coverage, give us a call or stop by — we are happy to help you navigate it and make sure you continue receiving the care and service you deserve.

We’ve made great progress and have a lot of things straightened out, but we want to be transparent—this will still be a continued process over the next several days (and even weeks) as we work through everything carefully and accurately.

🎉 10 Years of Serving Clearwater 💙

Today marks 10 years of serving the Clearwater community as an independent pharmacist—and what a journey it has been.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity that Lance and Sloane Freeman and Josh Quier gave me back in 2016 when the local chain pharmacy closed unexpectedly. That leap of faith has turned into something far greater than I ever imagined!

Over the years, this community has become more than just patients… you’ve become family. It has truly been an honor to care for each and every one of you—walking alongside you in both the everyday moments and the challenging ones.

Thank you for your trust, your support, and for allowing Clearwater Pharmacy to be a part of your lives over the past decade. I am beyond blessed and look forward to continuing to serve this amazing community for years to come. 💊❤️
