She taught me to fold fitted sheets
and how to make gravy from nothing,
but never showed me
how to unfold the stories
pressed between her ribs...
the ones that made her hands shake
when thunder rolled too close.

She taught me to take up less space,
to apologize for existing too loudly,
to make myself digestible
for men who preferred
their women bite-sized.

But she never taught me
the spell for expansion:

of her unspoken wisdom,
the magic she buried

It is with a greatful and loving heart that I announce that as of today (10/31/22) Crown Heart & Hand is closed for business.

I am working on finding someone who will take over the business and will keep you all updated.

I cannot fully express how honored I have been to serve you all and help so many of you feel and function better. I have loved this community, this work, and my life in service to you all. A new adventure awaits me and I am excited for what happens next!

(Premier Physical Therapy remains open and ready to help you all with your PT needs! It's just my business that has come to an end)

BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Dawn will be back and taking appointments starting October 12th ! You can book appointments now.

Chrisea has taken an opportunity elsewhere and is no longer available for appointments. We will miss her greatly but are excited to see her grow!

The location at Premier Physical Therapy will be closing permanently on October 30th 2022. It has been a wonderful location and we have been blessed to call it "home" for so long. The pandemic and changing financial times have taken a toll and we are no longer able to keep the doors open. As future plans develop we will keep you updated.

BIG Announcement!

Chrisea has decided to take her talents to another location and her last day will be September 30th.
Dawn will be returning in early October (schedule will open for appointments soon). The location at Premier Physical Therapy will be closing on October 30th.

This decision has not been easy. The shift in market from COVID has taken a toll on my beloved business and I am forced to seek other opportunities. I appreciate and love all of you and I look forward to seeing you in October!
